MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION

Admission of Students (Application and Registration)

Each and every student, whether in a Learning Support Centre (LSC) or not, must apply directly with the Full Gospel Church of God College (FGCC) and individually complete the application form titled “Application for Admission to Study” which becomes valid for the entire duration of the programme.

Students can apply any time of the year. Applications for the First Semester should be submitted by the end of September of the previous year. Applications for the Second Semester should be submitted by the end of March of the current year.      

Each programme has a minimum and maximum duration and the programme must be completed within this time frame.

Please take note that modules are semester specific. Certain modules are presented only in the first semester and others only in the second semester. In the event a student is admitted in the second semester, the second semester modules will be completed first and then the first semester modules will have to be completed in the next year before progression to the next level is permitted.

Approval of your application is indicated by your receipt of a student number. Your acceptance of admission and confirmation of your registration is indicated by you clicking on the links and logging in to your registration and financial portals. If a student wants to cancel their registration, it needs to be done in accordance with the Refund Policy (refer to Terms & Conditions).

Payment method

Please use your student number as your deposit / beneficiary reference at all times when making payment. When payment is made by the LSC on behalf of the student, then the student number must be used as beneficiary reference. Please do not use any other information or number!!!

Cash and cheques are not accepted at the College offices. Only debit and credit cards are accepted at the College offices.
